The risk appetite is a risk measure developed by ETS Asset Management Factory. The idea behind this measure is to represent the current risk of your portfolio allocation in comparison with the available risk in the market. The higher the risk of your allocation, the closer to the highest risk in the market.
The first mark left by the water indicates the level of risk appetite your portfolio had a week ago, while the final value at which the water stabilizes is the current risk appetite of your portfolio.
